摘要

银屑病是一种易反复发作、病程长且尚不能治愈的皮肤疾病,银屑病的发病涉及遗传、表观遗传、免疫、环境等多种因素.研究表明,银屑病的发展与脂代谢紊乱相关,氧化脂蛋白通过影响角质形成细胞和炎症因子的表达而影响银屑病的发展,表观遗传学和炎症免疫调控在银屑病发病机制中的作用,可能为银屑病的治疗提供新的靶点.

Abstract

Psoriasis is a recurrent,long-term and incurable skin disease.The pathogenesis of psoriasis involves multiple factors such as genetics,epigenetics,immunity,and environment.Studies have shown that the development of psoriasis is related to the disorder of lipid metabolism.Oxidized lipoproteins can affect the development of psoriasis by affecting the expression of Keratinocyte and inflammatory factors.The role of Epigenetics and inflammatory immune regulation in the pathogenesis of psoriasis may provide new targets for the treatment of psoriasis.
