The Role of Oxidized Lipoprotein,Epigenetics and Inflammatory Immune Regulation in the Pathogenesis of Psoriasis
Psoriasis is a recurrent,long-term and incurable skin disease. The pathogenesis of psoriasis involves multiple factors such as genetics, epigenetics, immunity, and environment.Studies have shown that the development of psoriasis is related to the disorder of lipid metabolism.Oxidized lipoproteins can affect the development of psoriasis by affecting the expression of Keratinocyte and inflammatory factors. The role of Epigenetics and inflammatory immune regulation in the pathogenesis of psoriasis may provide new targets for the treatment of psoriasis.
