Clinical Efficacy of Qingpeng Ointment in the Treatment of Acute Soft Tissue Swelling and Pain
Objectives To explore the clinical therapeutic efficacy of QingpengOintment for acute soft tissue swelling and pain.Methods A total of 110 patients with acute soft tissue swelling and pain admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to October 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 55 cases in each group.The observation group was treated withQingpengOintment,while the control group was treated with muscle relaxation and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.The clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared,and the recovery of pain,local redness and swelling,ecchymosis and purple spots,and joint dysfunction before and after treatment were also compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.73%,which was significantly higher than the 69.09%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group show significant improvement in symptoms such as local redness,swelling,ecchymosis,and joint dysfunction compared to that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in pain scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions QingpengOintment should be recommended as priority treatmentfor acute soft tissue swellingdue to its high clinical efficacy.The drug achieves an ideal outcome in relievinglocal swelling,ecchymosis,and joint activity dysfunction,and it would not cause other system discomfort of patients in the treatment,which is worthy of clinical application.
