Clinical Diagnostic Value of hs-CRP,hs-cTnⅠCombined with BNP in Acute Non-ST Elevation Myocardial Infarction
Objectives To investigate the clinical value of combined detection of serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),hypersensitive troponin Ⅰ(hs-cTnⅠ)and B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)in patients with acute non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI).Methods A total of 300 patients with acute chest pain treated in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected.According to the diagnosis and treatment results, the patients were divided into NSTEMI group(76cases),unstable angina pectoris(UA)group(92 cases)and non-acute coronary syndrome(non-ACS)group(132case).The NSTEMI group was then divided into low-risk subgroup,medium-risk subgroup and high-risk subgroup according to the HEART score.According to the disease outcomes 72 h after admission, the patients were divided into survival subgroup and death subgroup. The levels of serum hs-CRP,hs-cTnⅠ and BNP levels of all groups were detected and compared, and ROC curve was drawn to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of combined detection of hs-CRP,hs-cTnⅠ and BNP levels for NSTEMI.Results The levels of hs-CRP,hs-cTnⅠ and BNP in NSTEMI group were significantly higher than those in UA group and non-ACS group(P<0.05).In NSTEMI group, the levels of hs-CRP,hs-cTnⅠ and BNP inhigh-risk subgroups were significantly higher than those in medium-risk and low-risk subgroups(P<0.05).The levels of hs-CRP,hs-cTnⅠ and BNP in the death group were significantly higher than those in the survival group(P<0.05).The ROC curve shows that the AUC,sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of hs-CRP,hs-cTnⅠ and BNP levels in evaluating NSTEMI were significantly higher than that of any single detection(P<0.01).Conclusions The combined detection of hs-CRP,hs-cTnⅠ and BNP levels is highly effective, which can provide scientific reference for the early diagnosis, disease monitoring and prognosis evaluation of NSTEMI patients.
