Meta Analysis of Influencing Factors of Malnutrition in Parkinson's Patients
Objectives To clarify the influencing factors of malnutrition in Parkinson's patients through systematic e-valuation,and to provide reference for early identification and intervention of malnutrition in Parkinson's patients.Methods PubMed,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,CINAHL,EMbase,CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP and Sino Medwere used to search for relevant literature related to the influencing factors of malnutrition in Parkinson's pa-tients,and the search time limit is from the establishment of the database to November 8,2023.Literature screening,quality evaluation and data extraction were performed independently by two researchers,and data merging and analysis were performed using Stata 15.0 software.Results A total of 12 articles were included,including 2 284 patients with Parkinson's disease.Meta results showed that age[OR=1.28,95%CI(1.04～1.59),P<0.01],H-Y stage[OR=2.18,95%CI(1.47～3.22),P<0.01],depression[OR=1.30,95%(1.14～1.49),P=0.032 were the influencing fac-tors of malnutrition in Parkinson's patients.Conclusions Existing evidence shows that age,H-Y stage,and de-pression may be the influencing factors of malnutrition in Parkinson's patients.In view of the quality and quantity of included studies,the above conclusions need to be further confirmed by high-quality studies.
