帕金森患者营养不良影响因素的Meta分析

目的 通过系统评价明确帕金森患者营养不良的影响因素,为帕金森患者营养不良的早期识别和干预提供参考.方法 检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、CINAHL、EMbase、知网、万方、维普和中国生物医学文献数据库中涉及帕金森患者营养不良影响因素的相关文献,检索时限为建库至 2023 年 11 月 8 日.由 2 位研究人员独立进行文献筛选、质量评价及数据提取,应用Stata 15.0 软件实现数据合并与分析.结果 共纳入 12 篇文献,包括2284 名帕金森患者.Meta 分析结果显示,年龄[OR=1.28,95%CI(1.04~1.59),P<0.01]、H-Y 分期[OR=2.18,95%CI(1.47~3.22),P<0.01]、抑郁情绪[OR=1.30,95%(1.14~1.49),P=0.032]是帕金森患者营养不良的影响因素.结论 现有证据表明,年龄、H-Y分期、抑郁情绪可能是帕金森患者营养不良的影响因素.鉴于纳入研究质量和数量,上述结论尚需高质量研究进一步证实.
Meta Analysis of Influencing Factors of Malnutrition in Parkinson's Patients
Objectives To clarify the influencing factors of malnutrition in Parkinson's patients through systematic e-valuation,and to provide reference for early identification and intervention of malnutrition in Parkinson's patients.Methods PubMed,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,CINAHL,EMbase,CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP and Sino Medwere used to search for relevant literature related to the influencing factors of malnutrition in Parkinson's pa-tients,and the search time limit is from the establishment of the database to November 8,2023.Literature screening,quality evaluation and data extraction were performed independently by two researchers,and data merging and analysis were performed using Stata 15.0 software.Results A total of 12 articles were included,including 2 284 patients with Parkinson's disease.Meta results showed that age[OR=1.28,95%CI(1.04~1.59),P<0.01],H-Y stage[OR=2.18,95%CI(1.47~3.22),P<0.01],depression[OR=1.30,95%(1.14~1.49),P=0.032 were the influencing fac-tors of malnutrition in Parkinson's patients.Conclusions Existing evidence shows that age,H-Y stage,and de-pression may be the influencing factors of malnutrition in Parkinson's patients.In view of the quality and quantity of included studies,the above conclusions need to be further confirmed by high-quality studies.
