Study on theAnesthetic Effect of Rocuronium Bromide in Patients Undergoing Gallstone Operation under General Anesthesia
Objectives To investigate the anesthetic effect of rocuronium bromide in patients undergoing gallstone surgery under general anesthesia. Methods A total of 90 patients with cholecystolithiasis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and underwent general anesthesia surgery. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was anesthetized with cisatracurium, while the observation group was anesthetized with rocuronium. The effect of tracheal intubation, anesthesia time and recovery time, hemodynamic changesand the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of tracheal intubation was 97.78%in observation group and 93.33%in control group, with no statistical significance(P>0.05).The effective time of anesthesia, operation time, anesthesia time, postoperative extubation time, recovery room stay time and intraoperative muscle relaxant drug addition times in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the duration of anesthesia was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with T0,HR,MAP and SpO2 in the two groups were significantly lower at T1,T2 and T3(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in HR,MAP,and SpO2 between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.44%,which was significantly lower than the 20%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of rocuronium bromide for anesthesia induction in gallstone surgery under general anesthesia can achieve better muscle relaxation effect, facilitatethe success of tracheal intubation, shorten the onset time of anesthesia, operation time, prolong the duration of anesthesia, and have stable hemodynamics and low adverse reaction rate, which is worthy of promotion.
