摘要
杨宏志教授运用中医药治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎有着丰富的临床实践经验,特别是在运用"中医经验四步疗法"治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎中具有较好的临床疗效.通过报道杨宏志教授在临床治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的典型病案1例,分析并总结杨宏志教授运用"中医经验四步法"的临床思路和辨证依据,提出运用清热解毒利湿、疏肝行气活血、健脾补肾、补益气血等中医治法来治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎,为临床运用中医药治疗慢性乙型肝炎提供一定的参考.
Abstract
Professor Yang Hongzhi has rich clinical practice experience in the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B with traditional Chinese medicine.Especially,the four-step therapy of TCM experience has achieved good clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B.By reporting a typical case of chronic viral hepatitis B treated by Professor Yang Hongzhi,this paper analyzes and summarizes the clinical thinking and syndrome differentiation basis of professor Yang Hongzhi's"four-step method of TCM experience",and puts forward the methods such as clearing heat,detoxifying dampness,regulating liver,activating qi and promoting blood circulation,strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney,and tonifying qi and blood in the treatment of viral hepatitis B,so as to provide cer-tain reference for the clinical application of TCM in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.
