摘要
子宫炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤(Inflammatory Myofibroblastic Tumor of the Uterus,UIMT)为子宫间质中度恶性肿瘤,其病因尚未明确,临床上相对罕见.UIMT的临床表现并不特异,诊断主要依靠病理与免疫组化检查.UIMT主要的治疗手段包括手术切除或药物治疗,而靶向治疗为未来的重点研究方向.本文旨在综述该病的临床特点、诊断与鉴别诊断、治疗与预后,以提高临床对UIMT的认识.
Abstract
Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor of the uterus(UIMT)is a middle-grade endometrial stromal tumor.Its etiology is not yet clear,and it is relatively rare in clinical practice.The clinical manifestations of UIMT are not specific,and the diagnosis mainly depends on pathological and immunohistochemical examination.The main treatments for UIMT include surgical resection or drug therapy,and targeted therapy is the focus of future research.This article aims to review the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and differential diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of the disease,in order to improve the clinical understanding of UIMT.
