Research Progress on Application of Thrombelastogram in Perioperative Period of Lung Cancer
Lung cancer is a common and frequent malignant tumor in clinic, with high morbidity and mortality. Its mortality rate ranks the first in malignant tumors and has become a disease that affects social public safety and a global burden.Since lung cancer is often accompanied by coagulation disorders, patients are in a hypercoagulable state for a long time, which may cause complications of venous thromboembolism and increase the mortality of patients.Surgical treatment is the main treatment method for lung cancer, but surgery may increase the risk of venous thromboembolism. Therefore,it is of great significance to detect the coagulation function of patients during the perioperative period of lung cancer.Thrombelastogram can accurately reflect the coagulation function of human body, guide and prevent the occurrence of venous thromboembolism in patients with lung cancer, and play a guiding role in improving the prognosis of patients.
