摘要

本文总结了陈胜辉教授从湿热毒瘀理论运用仙方活命饮治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床经验.陈教授认为湿热毒瘀型慢性前列腺炎表现多以小便急短赤淋、小腹、睾丸不适,腰膝酸软,甚者疼痛为主,舌红,苔黄,脉滑涩,病机多为湿热、血瘀、气滞为主兼有肾虚,当采用清热解毒、消肿散结、活血止痛兼顾补肾的治疗方法,运用仙方活命饮加减最合病机.本文结合案例介绍陈胜辉教授运用仙方活命饮治疗湿热毒瘀型慢性前列腺炎经验,以期对临床诊疗有所启发.

Abstract

This paper summarizes Professor Chen Shenghui's clinical experience in the treatment of chronic prostatitis by using XianfangHuoming Decoction from the theory of damp-heat toxin and blood stasis.Professor Chen believes that chronic prostatitis of damp-heat toxin and blood stasis type mostly manifests as rapid,short,and red urine,stranguria,discomfort of low abdomen and testicular,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,and even pain.The tongue is red,the coating is yellow,and the pulse is slippery and uneven.The pathogenesis is mostly damp-heat,blood stasis,and qi stagnation with kidney deficiency.When adopting the method of clearing heat and detoxifying,reducing swelling and resolving masses,activating blood and relieving pain and tonifying kidney,the use of modi-fied XianfangHuoming Decoction is the most suitable pathogenesis.This article introduces Professor Chen Shenghui's experience in treating chronic prostatitis of damp-heat toxin stasis type with XianfangHuoming Decoction,in order to inspire clinical diagnosis and treatment.
