目的 探讨南昌地区心血管疾病患者人群ADRB1 Arg389Gly基因的分布情况及地域性和种族差异.方法 选取 2020 年 7 月至 2022 年 1 月于南昌大学第一附属医院住院治疗的 590 名心血管疾病患者为研究对象,应用Taq-Man技术对ADRB1 Arg389Gly基因进行分型鉴定,分析不同性别、不同年龄、不同疾病人群ADRB1 Arg389Gly基因表达情况,并将南昌地区与已报道的不同地区基因表达情况进行比较.结果 ADRB1 Arg389Gly基因分型结果符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡;南昌地区心血管疾病患者ADRB1 Arg389Gly基因型频率,在不同年龄人群中≥65 岁GG基因型患者明显多于<65 岁患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在不同疾病人群中AS组GC基因型频率明显少于NAS组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其他基因型及等位基因频率无显著差异(P>0.05);南昌地区与阿拉伯等七个地区基因型及等位基因频率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与淮安、上海、南印度地区基因型及等位基因频率比较,无显著差异(P>0.05).结论 南昌地区人群ADRB1 Arg389Gly基因符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡.ADRB1 Arg389Gly基因在南昌地区不同人群中的表达不一致,并且存在地域性和种族差异.
ADRB1 Arg389gly Gene Polymorphism in Patients with Cardiovas-cular Disease in Nanchang Area
Objectives To investigate the distribution and regional and ethnic differences of ADRB1 Arg389Gly gene in patients with cardiovascular diseases in Nanchang area.Methods A total of 590 patients with cardiovascular diseases who were hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from July 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.TaqMan technique was applied to genotyping and identification of ADRB1 Arg389Gly.The expression of ADRB1 Arg389Gly gene in differentgenders,ages and diseases was analyzed,and the gene expression in Nanchang was compared with that reportedin different regions.Results The results of ADRB1 Arg389Gly genotyping were in line with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.The frequency of ADRB1 Arg389Gly genotype in patients with cardiovascular diseases in the Nanchang area was significantly higher in patients with GG genotype≥65 years old than in patients with GG genotype<65 years old(P<0.05).The GC genotype frequency in the AS group was significantly lower than that in the NAS group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in other genotypes and allele frequencies(P>0.05).There were significant differences in genotype and allele frequency between Nanchang and Arabia and other seven region(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in genotype and allele frequency between Nanchang and Huai'an,Shanghai,and South India(P>0.05).Conclusions TheADRB1 Arg389Gly gene in Nanchang area was in accordance with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.The expression of ADRB1 Arg389Gly gene was not consistent in different populations inNanchang area,and there exist regional and ethnic differences.
