Effect of Sacubitril Valsartan Combined with Felodipine Sustained-release Tabletson Blood Pressure Control and Cardiac Function in Patients with Hypertension and Coronary Heart Disease
Objectives To investigate the effect ofsacubitril valsartan combined withfelodipine sustained-release tablets on blood pressure control and cardiac function in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 70 patients with hypertension and coronary heart diseaseadmitted to our hospital were selected and divid-ed into control group and observation group randomly,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with felodipine sustained-release tablets,and the observation group was treated with sacubitril valsartan combined with felodipine sustained-release tablets.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Result After treatment,the total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than in control group(P＜0.05).The lev-els of SBP and DBPin observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).TheLVEF lev-el in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the LVESV and LVEDV levels were significantly lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).There was no renal dysfunctionor hyperkalemia in the two groups,and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions such as angioedema,electrolyte disturbance,dizziness,nausea,and hypotensionbetween the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions Sacubitril valsartan com-bined with felodipine sustained-release tablets has a significant therapeutic effect on hypertension with coronary heart disease,which can improve patients'blood pressure control level,improve cardiac function,and has high safety.
