Observation on the Efficacy of Low-molecular Weight Heparin Calcium Combined with Aspirin and"JiajianShoutaiPilula"in the Treatment of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion with Antiphospholipid Syndrome
Objectives To observe the clinical efficacy of low-molecular weight heparin calcium combined with aspirin and"JiajianShoutaiPilula"in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion with antiphospholipid syndrome. Methods From March 2020 to June 2022,a total of 60 patients with positive antiphospholipid antibody in women with recurrent spontaneous abortion admitted tothe outpatient department of Chinese medicine in our hospital were selected. The patients were randomly divided into observation group control group, with 31 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with low-molecular weight heparin calcium in combination with aspirin and"JiajianShoutaiPilula",while the control group was treated with low-molecular weight heparin calcium combined with aspirin. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptom scores before and after treatment, negative conversion of antiphospholipid antibodies, and pregnancy outcomes were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.10%,which was significantly higher than the 64.52%of the control group(P<0.05).The score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The negative conversion rate of antiphospholipid antibodies and success rate of pregnancy in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Low-molecular weight heparin calcium combined with aspirin and"JiajianShoutaiPilula"has a good clinical effect in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion with antiphospholipid syndrome.
