摘要

分析了6B缸体铸件的生产条件及缺陷特征,确认其缺陷是裂隙状N2孔.指出呋喃树脂w(N)量高、砂芯排气不畅及铁液中溶解N过高是导致裂隙状N2孔的主要原因,并提出了解决措施,主要是:(1)使用低N呋喃树脂;(2)芯砂中加入Fe2O3粉或使用含Fe2O3粉的涂料;(3)加强砂芯的排气;(4)在孕育剂中增加N的稳定元素Zr,使Zr和N生成稳定的氮化物,从而降低溶解N的浓度.

Abstract

The production conditions and defect characteristics of 6B model engine block were analyzed,and it was confirmed that its defect is nitrogen fissure.It was pointed out that the high nitrogen content of the furan resin,poor venting of the sand cores and too high content of nitrogen dissolved in the iron melt were the main reasons causing the nitrogen fissure.The solution measures were proposed included mainly:(1)using furan resin having low content of nitrogen; (2)adding Fe2O3 powder into core sand or using Fe2O3 containing coating; (3)improving venting of the cores; (4)adding nitrogen-stabilizing element Zr into the inoculant to make the nitrogen and nitrogen to form stable compound and thereby to decrease the concentration of nitrogen dissolved in the iron melt.
