介绍了机床刀塔球铁件的铸件结构、黑斑缺陷出现的位置及特征.对引起黑斑缺陷的原因进行了分析,并采取以下改进措施:在铸件浇注位置顶面设置溢流冒口,冒口之间设置外冷铁分割补缩区域;将CE降低至4.25%~4.35%;采用低RE球化剂,将w(RE)量控制在0.002%~0.003%;在浇口盆中加入0.1%含Bi的Si系孕育剂进行瞬时孕育;将浇注温度降低至1 330~1 350℃;严格控制熔化、浇注过程,控制球化反应在出铁量达到75%以上开始进行;球化处理完毕后在10 min内结束浇注.工艺改进后,连续生产的50件铸件经精加工后均未发现黑斑缺陷,金相组织良好.
Abstract
An introduction was given to the configuration of the nodular iron tool post casting of machine tool,characteristics and location of the black spot defect.The reason causing black spot defect was analyzed and the following improvement measures were adopted:set 2 overflowing risers on the top surface of the casting;set chills between 2 risers to divide the feed region;reduce C E to 4.25%~4.35%;use low-RE nodulrizing alloy to control the residual RE content in the range of 0.002%~0.003% ;add 0.1% of Bi-containing inoculant into pouring basin to conduct instantaneous inoculation;depress pouring temperature to 1 330~1 350 ℃ ;strictly control melting and pouring process to ensure nodularization reaction beginning after the tapped iron melt amount reached 75% and more;complete pouring in 10 min after nodularization treatment finish.50 ps of castings were continuously produced after process improvement and no back spot defect was detected after finish machining.
