摘要
对用ICP-AES法测定长效复合孕育剂中Sb、Al、Ba元素的含量进行了研究.介绍了试验采用的仪器与试剂、仪器工作条件和试验方法.通过试验进行校准和测试,确定了Sb、Al、Ba的最佳分析谱线为Sb 206.836 nm、Al 396.153 nm、Ba 233.527 nm;试验中控制盐酸的体积分数为10%;为了保证试验结果的准确性,标准曲线溶液中加入了与试样溶液中等量的基体离子.通过各元素回收率的计算、精密度试验、样品的分析,认为采用ICP-AES法同时测定长效复合孕育剂中Sb、Al、Ba的方法具有快速、准确的特点,值得推广.
Abstract
An investigation was conducted on using ICP-AES method to analyze contents of Sb,Al,and Ba.The instruments,reagents,working conditions used for the test and the test method were introduced.It was confirmed by the means of experiment to calibrate and test,that the best analysis spectrum lines for Sb,Al and Ba were Sb 206.836 nm,Al 396.153 nm,Ba 233.527 nm;the volume fraction of hydrochloric acid was controlled in the test as 10%.In order to ensure veracity of the test result,the matrix ion of the same amount as that of the sample solution was added into the solution of standard curve.By the recovery rate calculation of various elements,precision test and sample analysis,it was considered that using ICP-AES method to analyze simultaneously the Sb,Al and Ba contents of the high efficient inoculant had the characteristics of high speed and veracity,and therefore,it could be popularized.
