大型风电球墨铸铁件超声波检测技术研究

介绍了超声波检测大型风电球墨铸铁件缺陷的经验,指出球墨铸铁件超声检测缺陷漏检或误判的重要原因之一是由反射波信号确定缺陷大小、形状和性质时存在较大偏差所致.对引起缺陷的原因和探伤方法的合理选用进行了全面深入的探讨,对探伤中比较突出的问题进行了系统的分析.叙述了A型脉冲反射技术和不同缺陷性质的异同点,定义了缺陷性质与波形的特点.根据欧洲标准EN 12680-3:2012,参考射线检测和逐层解剖检测结果,对大型球墨铸铁件缺陷超声检测的准确性进行了评定.
Investigation on Ultrasonic Test Technique of Heavy Wind Power Nodular Iron Castings
The experience with defects ultrasonic test (UT) of heavy wind power nodular iron castings was introduced.It was pointed out that one of the important reasons causing defect to be missed in ultrasonic test was that there was quite big deviation existing when determining defect size,form and sort according to the reflection wave signal.The reasons causing defects and rational choice of their test methods were discussed completely and deeply,and the relative prominent problems met in defects test were systematically analyzed.The A type pulse reflection technique as well as similarities and differences of different defect sorts were described.The defects sorts and characteristics of waveform were defined.Based on the Europe standard EN 12680-3:2012 and referring to the results of radial test (UT) and layer by layer dissection test,the veracity of ultrasonic defect test of heavy nodular iron castings was assessed.
