摘要

介绍了6V5缸盖的铸件结构及技术要求,并结合该缸盖的生产工艺及在生产过程中存在的问题,对其采取了相应的优化措施:(1)上、下水套芯采用2套热芯盒分别生产,上水套芯采用40/70目覆膜砂,下水套芯采用50/100目覆膜砂,并采用框架式半封闭结构;(2)采用一箱1件造型工艺,底注半封闭式多级浇注系统,合理设置冒口的形状、尺寸及数量;(3)采用优质的生铁和废钢,CE控制在3.9%以上.生产结果显示:缸盖的气孔、水套芯烧结,热芯易变形、内腔披缝大以及渗漏缺陷得到了有效控制,产品质量也得到了提高.

Abstract

The casting configuration and technical requirements of 6V5 cylinder head was introduced,and based on its production method and process,corresponding optimizing measures were adopted as following:(1)2 sets of hot core boxes was used to produce top and bottom water jacket cores respectively,40/70 mesh resin-coated sand was used to make the top water jacket core,50/100 mesh resin-coated sand was used to make the bottom water jacket core,and the core boxes with frame type semi-enclosed structure was used.(2)Molding process of 1 casting per mold,bottom gating enlarged runner multiple-step gating system was used,the shape,dimensions and number of risers was properly designed.(3)High quality pig iron and steel scrap was used,CE was controlled higher than 3.9%.The production results showed:the defects such as blowhole,sintering of the water jacket core,hot core easy to deform,finning and leakage had been effectively controlled,and the product quality was also improved.
