摘要

介绍了大型卧加机床铸件的结构及技术要求,针对采用传统木模手工造型工艺存在的问题进行工艺改进,通过采用木模底板+3D打印砂芯的工艺,解决了铸件的夹砂及尺寸稳定性差等问题.最后指出:(1)采用3D打印方式生产砂芯,可以优化砂芯数量,解决手工砂芯分型带来的不易固定问题,有效避免下芯过程的夹砂问题,从而保证铸件质量问题;(2)采用4 m打印机"横向切片"工艺,可以进一步优化砂芯数量,提高铸件质量和生产效率,降低铸造过程的操作难度,提高清理效率,降低清理成本.

Abstract

The casting structure of a large scale horizontal machine tool bed was introduced.The problems existing with traditional wood pattern manual molding process was improved.By using wood pattern plate+3D-printing sand cores,the problems such as sand inclusion,poor dimensions stability was solved.Finally it was pointed out:(1)Using 3D-printing process to produce sand cores could optimize sand cores quantity,solve the difficult mold parting problem with manual sand cores,effectively avoid sand inclusion in cores setting process,and thereby ensure casting quality.(2)Using 4 m printing machine horizontal slice process could further optimize cores quantity,elevate casting quality and production efficiency,reduced operation difficulty in casting process,elevated cleaning efficiency,reduced cleaning cost.
