采用3D打印技术生产灰铸铁叶轮铸件

Using 3D-printing Technique to Produce Gray Iron Impeller Casting
The structure of small single-suction impeller casting was introduced,the production technology of the casting was described In details.In order to reduce molding working hours,reduce casting cost,increase dimensional accuracy,as far as possible reduce sand mold and sand core number,used 3D-printing sand mold process,used stacked mold pouring process and special mold parting scheme.Production result showed:casting dimension was qualified,appearance quality was good,casting fins were less,wall thickness of impeller was uniform,and no cold shut,no perforating,no blowhole,no shrinkage depression,no miss run.All items met requirements of client.Finally pointed out:using 3D-printig mold technique,combined with special mold stacked mold pouring process scheme,it was possible to increase casting process rate,reduce sand/iron ratio,save production cost,simplify molding and pouring operation flow,increase production rate.
