大型加工中心超长床身灰铁件的铸造工艺设计

介绍了大型超长床身铸件的结构及技术要求,从模具材料选取、分型面选择、浇注系统设计及造型工艺等方面阐述了该铸件的生产工艺,经实际生产验证,铸件未发现错箱现象,床身变形量控制到5 mm以内,铸件也没有出现裂纹、气孔及夹砂等问题,铸件硬度符合技术要求.最后指出:对于大型超长床身铸件,选择先封闭后开放式浇注系统,在不用过滤网的情况下,也能达到浇注系统挡渣和减小内浇道流速的作用;模型分两段制作有利于大型超长床身挠度的控制.
Casting Method Design of Large Supper Long Machining Center Gray Iron Bed
The structure and technical requirements of a large supper long machining center bed was introduced.The production technology was described in respects of pattern tools materials selection,mold parting surface selection,gating system design and molding process.After practical production verification,no mold shift being occurred,deformation of bed body was controlled less than 5 mm,no cracking,blowhole and sad inclusion defects,hardness of the casting met technical requirement.Finally pointed out:for the large supper long machining center bed,selecting at first unpressured,then pressured gating system,under the condition of no filter,the gating system also could skim slag and reduce the flow velocity in ingates.The model was made in two sections was favoring to control the bending of the large supper long machining center bed.
