摘要

介绍了冲天炉尾气消烟除尘、脱硫、脱硝等技术问题,结合美国冲天炉的袋式除尘系统,重点说明了袋式除尘器的前级除尘器、袋式除尘器消烟除尘系统的设计要点和袋式除尘器的运行维护问题,同时阐述了冲天炉尾气脱硫和脱硝系统的工作原理.最后指出:冲天炉是一种经过人们长期使用并具有节能特点的铸铁熔化设备,按我国工业炉窑尾气污染物处理技术,其污染物排放量可以达到限定值以内,不会出现问题.

Abstract

The technical problems of smoke elimination,dust removal desulfurization and denitration of end gas from cupola were introduced.Combined with the American type of bag dust removal system of cupola,the description emphases the main design points of the front dust remover of bag-type dust remover,denitration-dust remover system and operation and maintenance problems of bag dust collector,and at same time,the working principle of cupola end gas desulfurization and denitration systems was described.Finally,it was pointed out that the cupola was a kind of cast iron melting equipment that had been used for a long time and had energy saving characteristics.According to the treatment technology of China's industrial furnace,its pollutant emission could reach within the limit value,and there would be no problem.
