摘要

介绍了挖掘机用多路阀铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了该铸件的铸造工艺.基于3D打印技术,无需考虑铸型的起模性,组合众多阀杆、油道砂芯形成集成式阀芯.生产制造过程中,3D打印的集成式阀芯配合传统的手工造型,既简化了多路阀的生产难度,也显著提升了生产效率,降低了生产成本,且铸件内腔油道尺寸达到CT8级标准,铸件外观质量良好,铸件内腔未出现披缝,对各解剖片进行超声波探伤,也无明显缺陷.

Abstract

The structure and technical requirements of multi-way valve castings for excavators were introduced.The casting process of these castings was elaborated.Based on 3D printing technology,there was no need to consider the draftability of the mold,and multiple valve stems and oil passage sand cores were combined to form an integrated valve core.During the manufacturing process,the integrated valve core from 3D printing was combined with traditional manual modeling,which not only simplified the production difficulty of multi-way valves but also significantly improved production efficiency and reduced production costs.The size of the oil channel inside the casting reached CT8 grade standards,the appearance quality of the casting was good,and no leakage was observed in the casting cavities.Ultrasonic testing of various cross-sections also revealed no significant defects.
