大型扁平床身的铸造工艺

介绍了大型扁平床身铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了铸件的3种浇注系统设计方案,并对其优缺点进行分析,认为在床身两端导轨底侧充型,采用封闭式浇注系统并使用一个浇口杯的方案为该铸件的最佳方案.最后指出:(1)利用大型扁平床身导轨长的优点,采用底侧充式浇注系统,不仅可以降低底箱的吃砂量,减少底箱的树脂砂使用量,节约生产成本,还可以避免封闭式浇注系统铁液流速快而产生冲砂的问题;(2)利用封闭式浇注系统,把两端横浇道引到一起,用一个浇口杯进行浇注,避免上盖高度的增加,减少吃砂量,提高生产效率.
Casting Method of Large Flat Machine Tool Bed
The structure and technical requirements of large flat machine tool bed casting were introduced,three gating system design schemes were described in details,and their advantages and shortages were analyzed,it was considered that filling the mold at bottom side of rails ends,using pressured gating system,and one pouring basin was the best scheme.Finally pointed out:(1)Using the advantage that the rails being long,using bottom sides filling gating system not only could reduce sand layer thickness and resin using amount of bottom mold,reduce production cost,but also could avoid high iron liquid flowing velocity of pressured gating system causing sand-washing problem.(2)Using pressured gating system,leading together the runner bars of two ends,and using one pouring basin to conduct pour could avoid upper mold height increasing,reduce sand layer thickness to elevate production efficiency.
