摘要

介绍了耐磨铸铁叶轮铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了该铸件的生产工艺,通过严格控制各道生产工序和工艺参数,生产的铸件无论从尺寸、硬度还是金相组织均符合技术要求.最后指出:(1)对铸造工艺控制时要重点控制铁液脱氧处理和变质处理、开箱时间、浇注温度以及热处理工艺,这是获得健全叶轮铸件的关键,开箱时间是直接导致叶轮裂纹关键因素,必须严格控制,夏季和冬季在开箱时间控制上有所区别;(2)去除冒口不能用气割,要用切割片进行人工切割,以免对铸件造成伤害.

Abstract

The structure and technical requirements of abrasion-resistant cast iron impeller castings were introduced.The production process of these castings was elaborated.By strictly controlling each production process and process parameters,the produced castings met the technical requirements in terms of dimensions,hardness,and metallographic structure.It was emphasized that:(1)When controlling the casting process,the key was controlling the deoxidation and deterioration of molten iron,unpacking time,pouring temperature and heat treatment process.Which were crucial for obtaining sound impeller castings.Unpacking time was a key factor that directly led to impeller cracks and must be strictly controlled.There were differences in unpacking time control between summer and winter.(2)Gas cutting should not be used for removing risers,instead,manual cutting with discs should be employed to avoid damage to the casting.
