The issue of traditional fan-shaped ladles experiencing reduced lifespan due to high-temperature molten iron penetrating the working lining,reaching the permanent layer,and eventually causing the ladle shell to wear through was introduced.A new long-life fan-shaped ladle was elaborated,with improvements in design that enhance its quality and longevity while controlling cost.This ladle ensured uniform molten iron flow during pouring and features high density,high strength,low porosity,and excellent high-temperature resistance.Production tests demonstrated that the ladle also had the characteristics of long service life,strong slag resistance,ease of slag removal,and high erosion resistance.
