非标牌号QT700-10风电球墨铸铁的性能探索

对非标牌号QT700-10在风电行业的应用以及力学性能进行探索研究,提出铸态下抗拉强度≥650 MPa,屈服强度≥400 MPa,伸长率≥6%,硬度200~260 HB;珠光体体积分数50%~85%,石墨球大小4~7级,球化率≥85%的材料性能指标,通过浇注250 mm×250 mm×250 mm试块+强制冷却工艺进行性能检测试验.最后指出:(1)在D型附铸试块中,随着铜加入量的增加,抗拉强度、屈服强度和硬度都有明显的上升趋势,伸长率在强冷条件下相对稳定可靠,可达到QT700-10的要求;(2)铜在混合基体中是非常好的合金元素,可细化石墨,提高淬透性,改善铸件断面组织与性能的均匀性.
Properties Research Non-standard Brand Wind Power Nodular Iron QT700-10
The Application of non-standard brand nodular iron QT700-10 in wind power industry and its properties were inv-estigated,property index of as-cast tensile strength ≥ 650 MPa,yield strength ≥ 400 MPa,elongation ratio ≥ 6%,hardness 200~260 HB,pearlite volume proportion 50%~85%,nodule size of 4~7 grade,nodularity rate ≥85%were proposed and through pouring test specimen of 250 mm×250 mm×250 mm and compelling cooling to conduct property inspection test.Finally pointed out:(1)In D-type attached specimen,with Cu addition increasing,the tensile strength,yield strength and hardness had obvious increasing tendency.Under the condition of compelling cooling the elongation ratio was relatively stable and reliable,could reach requirement of QT700-10.(2)In mixed matrix Cu was very good alloying element,it could refine graphite,improve quenching degree,and thereby improve casting fracture structure and properties uniformity.
