浅谈商用车发动机缸盖的芯盒工艺设计

通过实际生产案例,介绍了芯盒工艺设计对铸件质量、生产效率及芯盒减重的影响,最后指出:(1)芯盒模具设计时需要考虑生产过程中的质量、效率、成本多方面因素;(2)芯盒的分型面、排气、射砂机构、砂芯出气针、冷铁工艺设计均对砂芯质量有比较大的影响,设计时应充分考虑工艺性;(3)灵活运用活块,合理设计砂芯分芯面,热芯盒根据砂芯结构布置电热棒,可以有效提高生产效率;(4)厚大砂芯需进行减重设计,起模方便的情况下可直接减薄厚大部分,起模不便的情况下可采用抽芯工艺进行减薄.
Discussion on the Core Box Process Design for Commercial Vehicle Engine Cylinder Heads
The impact of core box process design on casting quality,production efficiency,and core box weight reduction through real production cases.Finally it was pointed out:(1)Core box mold design must consider quality,efficiency,and cost factors.(2)The parting surface,venting,sand shooting mechanism,core venting needles,and chill design significantly affect core quality and should be thoroughly considered in the design process.(3)Flexible use of loose pieces,reasonable core parting surface design,and arranging electric heating rods in the hot core box according to the core structure could effectively improve production efficiency.(4)For large and thick cores,weight reduction designed should be implemented.If demolding was convenient,the thick parts could be directly thinned.If demolding was difficult,core extraction technology could be used to downgauging the sections.
