金蛤口服液对急性放射病小鼠免疫功能的影响

目的 探讨金蛤口服液对放射性小鼠模型免疫功能的影响.方法 60只昆明种小鼠随机分为5组,每组12只,不同剂量金蛤口服液或生理盐水连续灌胃给药6d.在给药第2天,除对照组外均行X线照射1次,制作免疫功能障碍小鼠模型.检测各组小鼠跳台错误次数和负重游泳时间以及小鼠免疫器官(胸腺、脾脏)质量的变化.结果 金蛤口服液可显著降低辐射造成的小鼠错误跳台次数,同时延长辐射造成的负重游泳时间,显著提高放射性小鼠的免疫器官胸腺指数,提高网状内皮系统吞噬功能.结论 金蛤口服液对放射性小鼠模型免疫功能有增强作用.
Effect of Golden Clam oral liquid on immunologic function of mice with acute radiation sickness
Objective It is to approach the influence of Golden Clam oral liquid (GCOL) on immunologic function of blood-weak mouse model exposed with X ray. Methods 60 mice were divided into 5 groups, 12 cases in each group. All animals were treated by intragastric administration with high, middle and low dose GCOL or physiological saline for 6 days. The mice immune dysfunction model excepted control group were established by exposed with X ray. The changes of weight-carrying swimming time, step-down wrong times and immune organs (thymus, spleen) weight in each group were detected and compared. Results GCOL could markedly improve the blood-weak weight-carrying swimming time, step-down wrong times and mouse thymus index, but also improve the reticuloendothelial system phagocytic function. Conclusion GDOL enhance the immunologic function on blood-weak mouse model exposed with X ray.
