卵巢早衰中医证素分布规律及聚类分析研究

目的 探讨卵巢早衰女性中医证型、证素分布规律及相关性.方法 收集广州中医药大学深圳医院(福田)2019 年1 月1 日—2023 年10 月31 日妇产科门诊治疗的卵巢早衰患者病例资料,规范化其中医证型及证素名称,并采用SPSS Statistics 27.0 和SPSS Modeler 18.0 软件对证素进行关联规则分析与聚类分析,探讨卵巢早衰证素间潜在的关系.结果 共收集门诊病例 104例,经规范化处理后,得到常见中医证型共14 种,频数最高的证型为脾肾阳虚证.提取得到证素共10 个,主要病位证素为肾,主要病性证素为气虚、阴虚和阳虚.关联分析显示支持度和置信度最高的组合为肾-阴虚.结论 脾肾阳虚证及肾精亏虚为卵巢早衰的常见证候特点,肾-阴虚为卵巢早衰关联强度最强的证素组合.
Distribution and cluster analysis of traditional Chinese medical syndrome elements in premature ovarian failure
Objective It is to investigate the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes and syn-dromes elements and their correlation in women with premature ovarian failure(POF).Methods The case data of patients with POF treated in the obstetrics and gynecology clinic of Shenzhen Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine(Futian)from January 1,2019 to October 31,2023 were collected,and the TCM syndrome types and syndrome elements were standardized.The association analysis and cluster analysis were performed by SPSS Statistics 27.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 soft in the syndrome elements to explore the potential relationships among the evidence elements of POF.Results A total of 104 outpatient cases were collected,and after standardization,a total of 14 common TCM syndrome types were ob-tained,in which the highest frequency of syndomre type was spleen and kidney Yang deficiency.A total of 10 syndrome el-ements were extracted,the main disease site was kidney,and the main disease nature was Qi deficiency,Yin deficiency and Yang deficiency.Association analysis showed that the combination with the highest support and confidence was kidney-Yin deficiency.Conclusion Spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome and Kidney essence deficiency syndrome are common syndromes of POF,kidney-Yin deficiency is the strongest combination of syndrome elements associated with POF.
