AIDS合并原发性口腔黏膜恶性黑色素瘤1例

摘要
AIDS是严重影响人类健康的慢性传染性疾病之一.原发性口腔黏膜恶性黑色素瘤是一类高度恶性肿瘤,其发病率低、预后极差.本研究报道1例AIDS合并原发性口腔黏膜恶性黑色素瘤的青年男性患者,右下颌牙龈肿物2月余,肿物伴疼痛,并破溃出血,张口受限.经肿物活检,病理学检查诊断为恶性黑色素瘤.临床给予一线化疗方案、联合免疫抑制剂治疗,二线化疗方案联合抗血管生成药物治疗,肿瘤先出现进展、后缩小明显.本研究通过此例患者及相关文献复习,探讨了AIDS合并口腔黏膜恶性黑色素瘤的诊断和治疗,以提高对该疾病的认识.
Abstract
Acquired immune deficiency syndrome is one of the chronic infectious diseases that seriously affect human health.Primary malignant melanoma of oral mucosa is a kind of highly malignant tumor with low incidence rate and poor prognosis.This paper reports a case of AIDS complicated with primary malignant melanoma of oral mucosa of A young male patient.The gingival mass of the right mandible was more than 2 months,the tumor was accompanied by pain,ruptured and bleeding,and the mouth opening was limited.The tumor was diagnosed as malignant melanoma by biopsy and pathological examination.First-line chemotherapy combined with immunosuppressant therapy and second-line chemotherapy combined with anti-angiogenic drugs were given clinically,and the tumor progressed first and then shrank obviously.Through the review of this case and related literature,this paper discusses the diagnosis and treatment of AIDS complicated with oral mucosal malignant melanoma in order to improve the understanding of the disease.
