采用锥形量热仪对布艺沙发、复合木地板、棉布床单、纯纸质壁纸进行实验,对比分析其引燃时间、热释放速率、比消光面积、CO生产速率等燃烧特性参数,总结其火灾危险性程度.材料尺寸为100 mm×100 mm×20 mm,热辐射强度为20、25 kW/m2.结果表明:辐射强度是影响材料燃烧特性的首要因素.相同辐射强度下,布艺沙发材料的引燃时间最短,热释放速率峰值和平均热释放速率远远大于其他材料.
Experiment contrast study on the combustion characteristics of interior decoration materials
The cone calorimeter was used on the fabric sofa, laminated wood flooring, cotton sheet and pure paper wallpaper to analyze the combustion characteristics parameters like ignition time, heat release rate, specific extinction area and CO generation rate. The fire danger of them was summarized. The size of sample is 100 mm×100 mm×20 mm, the thermal radiation intensity are 20 and 25 kW/m2. The results showed that the thermal radiation intensity effect the combustion characteristics most. Under the same thermal radiation intensity, fabric sofa has the shortest time of ignition, and the biggest peak of heat release rate, biggest average heat release rate.
