针对单一分形特征在图像火灾检测中效果不好的问题,利用图像的局部梯度信息将分形维数和几何度量空间变化率这两种分形特征结合起来,得出一种新分形特征F计算方法.给出了一种基于改进分形特征的图像型火灾检测算法,通过建立火焰颜色模型和其闪烁特性进行疑似火焰提取,计算图像新的分形特征F,利用自适应阈值对F图进行火灾检测.实验结果表明,该算法在火灾检测中具有很好的鲁棒性和适应性,能够准确检测火灾的发生.
Algorithm for fire detection based on improved fractal feature
Concerning the poor performance of a single fractalfeature applied in fire detection, an algorithm for fire detectionbased on improved fractal feature was proposed.Firstly, Flamecolor model is established to extract the fire-like regions usingthe Scintillation properties, Secondly, new fractal feature wascomputed based on fractal dimensionand fractal area measure-ment.Finally a fire detection algorithm was provided.Experi-ments show that the proposed algorithm can detect the fire re-gions accurately.
