Fire investigation on a cable well fire was made through site reconnaissance and numerical simulation.The process of fire identification and firefighting was obtained by requisition,the damage of each floor in cable well was obtained by preliminary inspection,fire origin by detail inspection,and fire cause by special inspection.Full-scale model was made by FDS and then simulation was made,the results werein accordance with site reconnaissance.
