碳纳米管/环氧树脂复合材料

以环氧树脂(EP)为基体,羧基化碳纳米管(MWC-NTs-COOH)为添加剂,采用超声分散、溶液共混法制备碳纳米管/环氧树脂(MWCNTs/EP)复合材料,研究碳纳米管含量对环氧树脂复合材料阻燃性能的影响.MWCNTs的质量分数分别为0、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%.结果表明:添加碳纳米管后,复合材料的阻燃性能得到提升.热重分析表明,MWC-NTs质量分数为1.5%时,复合材料的热分解温度和燃尽温度较EP分别提高了7.0%和30.3%;MWCNTs质量分数为2.0%时,氧指数由19.8提高到21.0;雏形量热分析表明,MWCNTs质量分数为0.5%时,复合材料的热释放速率峰值(pHRR)最低.
MWCNTs/EP composites materials
MWCNTs/EP composite was prepared by ultrasonic dispersion and solution blend method with EP as matrix and MWCNTs-COOH as additive.The effect of MWCNTs content on the flame retardant properties of the EP composite was analyzed.The mass fraction of MWCNTs was 0,0.5%,1.0%,1.5% and 2.0%.Experiment results showed that adding MWCNTs can improve the flame retardant properties of composite.Thermogravimetric analysis showed that when the mass fraction of MWCNTs was 1.5%,the thermal decomposition temperature and burning temperature of composite increased about 7.0% and 30.3%.When the mass fraction of MWCNTs was 2%,the oxygen index of EP composite improved from 19.8 to 21.0.Cone calorimetry analysis showed that when the mass fraction of MWCNTs was 0.5%,the pHRR of composite was the lowest.
