摘要

为提高森林消防救援效率,针对森林消防救援的起降点选择,提出了一种改进DEMATEL-ISM法,对其影响因素进行深入分析.首先基于扎根理论建立面向森林消防救援起降点 选 择 的 影 响 因 素 体 系,然 后 引 入 模 糊 集 理 论 消 除DEMATEL-ISM法中专家评分的主观性,通过分析起降点选择的影响因素间因果属性和影响程度,确定关键因素,通过合理设置阈值构建多级递阶结构模型.通过案例分析,得到了影响森林消防救援的5个关键因素、3个根本因素、3个直接因素以及10个间接因素,并提出起降点选择的相关建议.该研究成果可以加快林火救援时起降点选择的决策速度,提高森林消防救援效率,为起降点的选择提供理论依据和科学参考.

Abstract

In order to improve the efficiency of forest fire general aviation emergency rescue,an improved DEMATEL-ISM method was proposed to analyze the influencing factors of the se-lection of take-off and landing points.Firstly,based on grounded theory,a system of influencing factors for the selection of take-off and landing points for general aviation emergency rescue in for-est fires is established.Then,fuzzy set theory is introduced to eliminate the subjectivity of expert rating in DEMATEL-ISM method.Based on the analysis of the causal attribute and the de-gree of influence among the influencing factors in the selection of forest fire take-off and landing points,five important factors,two fundamental factors,3 direct factors,and 10 indirect factors were determined,and relevant suggestions for the selection of take-off and landing points were put forward.The study results can speed up the decision speed of the selection of take-off and landing points for forest fires,and provide theoretical basis and scientific reference for improving the efficiency of forest fire general avia-tion emergency rescue.
