Segmentation and evaluation of computed tomography angiography of aortic root:discussion on clinical significance of CVpilot artificial intelligence system
Objective:To evaluate the computed tomography angiographic image analysis results of CVpilot artificial intelligence system workstation,3mensio and Volume Viewer workstation,so as to explore the practicability and guiding significance of this artificial intelligence system workstation in the clinical evaluation of aortic root automatic segmentation and evaluation. Methods:The retrospective single-center study included computed tomography angiography of aortic root in 113 patients who underwent transcatheter aortic valve replacement(TAVR)from November 2022 to April 2023.3mensio,Volume Viewer workstation and CVpilot artificial intelligence system workstation were used to evaluate before TAVR.The evaluation quality of the three groups were assessed subjectively by experts and analyzed objectively. Results:Compared with 3mensio workstation,91.2%of patients(n=103)reached Grade Ⅲ,6.2% of patients(n=7)reached GradeⅡ,and 2.6% of patients(n=3)reached Grade Ⅰ.Compared with the Volume Viewer workstation,92.0%of patients(n=104)achieved Grade Ⅲ,5.4% of patients(n=6)achieved Grade Ⅱ,and 2.6% of patients(n=3)achieved Grade Ⅰ.In the statistical analysis of objective measurements, there was no significant difference between the measurements of CVpilot artificial intelligence system workstation and those of 3mensio workstation(all P>0.05)or Volume Viewer workstation(all P>0.05).Conclusions:The above results show that the CVpilot artificial intelligence system workstation has good effectiveness and reliability, and can accurately complete the segmentation of the aortic root and the measurement of key anatomical structures,so as to effectively improve the clinical efficiency of the preoperative evaluation of TAVR.
