摘要

目的:探讨维生素D水平、维生素D受体(vitamin D receptor,VDR)BsmI位点基因型及等位基因频率分布与老年原发性高血压(essential hypertension,EH)是否存在相关性.方法:应用电化学发光法检测维生素D水平.应用探针法联合测序法(测序法检验结果)检测301例EH患者和153例健康对照组的VDR基因BsmI位点基因多态性分布.结果:结果显示维生素D受体BsmI位点与EH发病无相关关系.在女性中,BsmI位点CT+TT基因型可能是EH的保护性因素(P<0.05),BsmI位点T等位基因可能是EH的保护性因素(P<0.05).TG增高可能增加EH的患病风险(OR=1.337,95%CI:1.002~1.786,P<0.05).维生素D缺乏(维生素D水平<20 ng/mL)可能增加EH患病风险(OR=3.129,95%CI:1.393~7.032,P<0.05).结论:①在女性中,BsmI位点CT+TT基因型可能是EH的保护性因素,BsmI位点T等位基因可能是EH的保护性因素.②TG升高可能与EH发病有关.维生素D缺乏可能与老年原发性EH发病有关.

Abstract

Objective:To explore the relationship between Vitamin D levels,vitamin D receptor gene(BsmI)genetypes,allele frequency and essential hypertension(EH)in elderly.Methods:the polymorphisms of the VDR genotypes(BsmI)were analyzed by TaqMan probe assays method in 301 EH patients and 153 control,and gene sequencing method was used to validate results.Plasma 25 hydroxyvitamin D was detected by electrochemiluminescence.Results:There was no relationship between BsmI locus and EH in elderly,the Bsm1 locus CT+TT genotype may be a protective factor for EH,while the BsmI locus T allele may be a protective factor for hypertension in women.and high triglycerides may increase the risk of EH(OR=1.337,95%CI:1.002-1.786,P<0.05).Vitamin D deficiency(vitamin D levels<20 ng/mL)may increase the risk of EH(OR=3.129,95%CI:1.393-7.032,P<0.05).Conclusions:We find that the BsmI locus CT+TT genotype may be a protective factor for EH,while the BsmI locus T allele may be a protective factor for EH in women.Higher level of TG and lower vitamin D level were associated with the risk of essential EH in the elderly.
