Objective:To analyze the differences and changing trends between maternal body mass index(BMI)levels and fetal congenital heart disease(CHD)disease spectrum,to provide a basis for the importance and necessity of weight management before and during pregnancy. Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,6 858 pregnant women who underwent fetal echocardiography at Beijing Anzhen Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from January 2020 to December 2022 were included. They were divided into a normal group(18.5≤BMI<24.0kg/m2),the overweight group(24.0 ≤ BMI<28.0kg/m2),and the obese group(BMI ≥ 28.0kg/m2)according to different BMI levels. The differences and changing fetal CHD disease spectrum trends in different subgroups were analyzed. Results:With the increase in BMI level, the proportion of fetal CHD increased. The spectrum of fetal congenital heart disease was different in different subgroups. In the obese group, the proportion of ventricular septal defects was significantly increased. In contrast, the proportion of persistent left superior vena cava was substantially lower than that in the normal weight group. Conclusion:The spectrum of fetal CHD and its changing trend is different in pregnant women with different BMI levels, which provides a basis for the importance and necessity of weight management before and during pregnancy.
