Impact of Supportive Community Climate on Consumer Citizenship Behavior:A Perspective of Consumer Empowerment
Based on SOR theory,the article explores the influence of supportive community climate on consumer citizenship behavior and empirically analyzes it based on 350 questionnaires.The results show that:supportive community climate positively influences consumer citizenship behavior;consumer empowerment partially mediates the influence of supportive community climate on consumer citizenship behavior.Proactive personality not only positively moderates the relationship between consumer empowerment and consumer citizenship behavior,but also moderates the mediating role of consumer empowerment.
