支持性社区氛围对消费者公民行为的影响——基于消费者增权视角

基于SOR理论探讨支持性社区氛围对消费者公民行为的影响,采用问卷调查方法收集有效问卷350 份并进行实证分析。结果显示:支持性社区氛围正向影响消费者公民行为;消费者增权在支持性社区氛围对消费者公民行为的影响中起部分中介作用;主动性人格正向调节消费者增权和消费者公民行为之间的关系,还调节消费者增权的中介作用。
Impact of Supportive Community Climate on Consumer Citizenship Behavior:A Perspective of Consumer Empowerment
Based on SOR theory,the article explores the influence of supportive community climate on consumer citizenship behavior and empirically analyzes it based on 350 questionnaires.The results show that:supportive community climate positively influences consumer citizenship behavior;consumer empowerment partially mediates the influence of supportive community climate on consumer citizenship behavior.Proactive personality not only positively moderates the relationship between consumer empowerment and consumer citizenship behavior,but also moderates the mediating role of consumer empowerment.
