Magnetic-thermal-mechanical Coupling Characteristics of Main Insulation of Traffic Traction Motor
Insulation is one of the key components of rail transit traction motor.In this paper,the stress state and variation law of stator end insulation of traction motor under electromagnetic-thermal-mechanical coupling are studied.The multi-physical field coupling finite element method is used to calculate the leakage magnetic field,transient temperature field and structural stress field of the motor end winding.The heat loss distribution of the motor end winding and the internal stress and strain state of the insulation are obtained,which provides an important reference for the maintenance and diagnosis of traction motor insulation faults.
