Abstract
The festival narratives in"Sanyan and Liangpai"have rich connotations.Firstly,festivals frequently appear as an opportunity for men and women to meet and fall in love in"Sanyan and Liangpai";Secondly,festivals in"Sanyan and Liangpai"often lead to sudden changes,forming a sudden change in the narrative;Thirdly,festivals have repeatedly become the background for the appearance of gods,ghosts,elves and monsters and the emergence of the consciousness of the gods and monsters;and lastly,they are accustomed to writing bleak tragedies in the festivals to accentuate the mood and render the atmosphere.
