The Realistic Dilemma and BreakthroughPath of Digitally Enabled Labour Education——Based on the Research of Four Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu Province
The research indicates that colleges and universities have consciously strengthened the cultivation of students'labor spirit,labor value orientation and labor skill level,which has given students a strong sense of gain and satisfaction in the process of understanding the meaning and identifying the value of labor.However,in the past period of time,colleges and universities have deviated from the basic concept and development requirements of labor education work,resulting in its weakened and marginalized situation,and technological alienation is an impediment to the change of labor education.Based on this,we put forward the innovative path of digital empowerment of labor education:building a scientific evaluation system,focusing on the use of results;integrating industry and education resources,helping schools and enterprises to build platforms;cohesion of the"teaching,practice,field"degree of synergy to ensure that the work is carried out in a comprehensive manner.Make sure to accelerate industrial change,and give full play to the effect of artificial intelligence and labor education coupling.
