Exploration of Skilled Talents Demand under the Collaborative Upgrading and Development of Hubei Automobile Industry
Talent chain matching the demand of regional industrial chain is an important guarantee for the quality of talent training in vocational colleges.Based on the development of Hubei automobile industry,this paper analyzes the development characteristics of Hubei automobile industry chain and the change trend under the synergistic upgrading of the industry,and according to the upgrading and development of the automobile industry,it elaborates the change of the industry's demand for skilled personnel and puts forward the talent training countermeasures for the synergistic development of the regional automobile industry chain,which will provide useful reference for the research of the future training of skilled personnel for the automobile industry in China.
