深化现代职业教育体系建设,产教融合是重点.文章通过分析发现当下产教融合、校企合作工作存在的问题,阐述了"校企双向赋能 产教互融共生"合作模式内涵;襄阳职业技术学院从办学新动能、探索新途径、培养新能级、创新新局面四个方面探索"校企双向赋能 产教互融共生"合作模式的具体做法,取得创新成果,促进产教融合的持续发展,实现校企互利双赢.
Exploration on"Mutual Empowerment of Schools and Enterprises,Integration and Coexistence of Industry and Education"Cooperation Model Practice——Take Xiangyang Polytechnic as an Example
The integration of industry and education remains a key focus to deepen the construction of modern vocational education system.In order to meet the high requirements of vocational education reform,this paper analyze the problems in the current integration of industry and education as well as the cooperation of school and enterprise.The connotation of the"two-way empowerment of school and enterprise,integration and symbiosis of industry and education"cooperation model is elaborated.Xiangyang polytechnic has explored the specific approach of the cooperation model from four aspects——new driving force for education,exploration of new approaches,cultivation of new levels and the innovation of new situations.Certain innovative results,sustainable development of industry and education integration and a win-win situation for both schools and enterprises has been achieved.
