乡村振兴背景下高职院校学生返乡创业现状及对策研究

摘要
2023年中央一号文件指出全面建设社会主义现代化国家,把解决"三农"问题作为全党工作的重心,努力推进乡村振兴以加快农村现代化建设,而乡村增速发展则需要加强乡村人才队伍建设.在此背景下,文章对高职院校学生返乡创业现状进行调研,分析影响高职院校学生返乡创业的因素,为高职院校学生返乡创业提出对策.
Abstract
It is pointed out that we are supposed to take the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country,the solution of the"three rural"problems as the focuses of the whole party's work in the No.1 document of the Central Committee in 2023.We should make efforts to promote rural revitalization to speed up rural modernization.The construction of rural talent team is required to be strengthened to serve the rural growth development.In this context,the status of vocational college students returning home to start businesses is investigated,and the factors affecting the students returning home to start businesses are analyzed,so as to put forward beneficial exploration for vocational college students returning home to start businesses.
