基于产教融合的课程群实践教学体系优化研究——以高职法律专业为例

摘要
产教融合是当前高等职业教育改革的重要方向,在实践教学中发挥着重要作用.法律专业是实践性很强的专业,要实现其实践教学模式的创新优化,就要努力做好产教融合.文章分析高职法律专业产教融合实践教学存在的问题,探讨了高职法律专业课程群的概念和重要意义,并提出了基于产教融合的课程群实践教学体系的构建框架与实施策略,旨在提高高职法律专业学生的综合素养和实践能力,促进其就业竞争力的提升.
Abstract
The integration of production and education is an important direction for the current higher vocational education reform.The integration of production and education is also important to practical teaching.Legal majors are very practical majors.To achieve innovation and optimization of practical teaching models,we must strive to do a good job of integration of production and education,analyzing the problems of practical teaching in higher vocational law in the process of production and education.The review and analysis,combined with the actual situation,discussed the concepts and significance of higher vocational legal professional curriculum groups in the context of the integration of production and education,and proposed the construction framework and implementation strategy of the construction teaching system based on the integration of production and education.The results of the study show that the practical teaching system based on the integration of production and education can effectively improve the comprehensive literacy and practical ability of students of higher vocational legal majors,and promote the improvement of their employment competitiveness.
