人工智能背景下大数据与会计专业技能型人才培养模式研究

摘要
随着人工智能时代的到来,财会领域也面临着前所未有的挑战和机遇,新技术引起财会岗位及财会人员技能需求发生不同程度的变化.面对当前大数据与会计专业技能人才培养存在的问题,文章从技能人才培养模式、专业课程体系、教学资源整合、师资队伍建设、案例研究和实训项目教学等多方面提出改革路径与实践方法,以期提高职业院校大数据与会计专业技能型人才培养质量.
Abstract
With the advent of the era of artificial intelligence,the field of finance and accounting is also facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities.The new technology has caused the change of finance and accounting posts and the skill demand of finance and accounting personnel.In the face of the current problems in the training of big data and accounting professional skills,this paper proposes reform paths and practical methods from the aspects of skill talent training mode,professional curriculum system,teaching resource integration,teacher team construction,case study and practical training project teaching,so as to improve the training quality of big data and accounting professional skills in higher vocational colleges to meet the needs of the era of artificial intelligence.
