Simultaneous Determination of 7 Active Components in Qingfei Paidu Decoction by HPLC
To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride,pseudoephedrine hydrochloride,liquiritin,amygdalin,glycyrrhizic acid,baicalin and baicalein in Qingfei Paidu Decoction.Methods The chromatography was performed on Venusil MP-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5µm).Column temperature:25℃;Flow rate:1.0 mL·min-1;Detection wavelength:210 nm;Mobile phase:A:0.1%phosphoric acid,B:acetonitrile,gradient elution.Results The correlation coefficient r was 0.999 3~0.999 9,the average recovery was 99.21%~102.66%,and RSDs were 0.63%~1.88%(n=9).The RSDs of precision,repeatability and stability of the method were all less than 2.0%.Conclusion The method can be used to determine the contents of ephedrine hydrochloride,pseudoephedrine hydrochloride,liquiritin,amygdalin,glycyrrhizic acid,baicalin and baicalin in Qingfei Paidu Decoction.
