Necessity Analysis of Full Crown Restoration after Root Canal Treatment of Molars
Objective:Exploring the difference in tooth preservation rate between direct filling treatment and full crown restoration treatment after root canal treatment of molars.Methods:The study selected 62 patients with root canal treatment of molars in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from October 2017 to October 2020 for follow-up investigation of the effectiveness.Results:Following up for 2 years,the tooth preservation rate of patients with crown restoration was significantly higher than that of patients with direct filling treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Timely full crown restoration after root canal treatment of molars can effectively preserve the patient's tooth and prolong the service life of the affected tooth.Reducing the pain of tooth loss in patients and improving their quality of life more effectively is worth promoting on a large scale.
