Clinical Observation of Reflux Pharyngitis with Pharyngeal Susceptibility as the Main Complaint
To retrospectively analyze the clinical characteristics,treatment methods,and effects of patients with reflux pharyngitis who mainly complain about pharyngeal susceptibility.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on patients with reflux pharyngitis who visited our unit from January 2017 to January 2022.Based on our clinical practice over the past five years,a set of diagnosis and treatment plans for this type of patient was summarized.The combination therapy of proton pump inhibitors and gastric motility drugs can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients and improve their quality of life.Conclusion:Individualized treatment plans tailored to individual differences can improve the efficacy of reflux pharyngitis with dysphagia as the main complaint.
